We have been in business for over 35 years. Our workshops contain all the latest equipment to repair all modern cars to the highest standard using the latest equipment to produce first class results. These include low bake oven, hydraulic pulling & measuring jig for car & light commercial vehicles, computerized paint mixing schemes using the highest quality materials, including the latest waterborne paints designed for a perfect colour match every time. Standox paints are fully ECO friendly, offering minimal effect on the environment, whilst at the same time protecting the health of our paint technicians.

Our repair and paint staff are FULLY skilled in all aspects of the body repair industry and between them have over FIFTY years of experience of repairing and repainting cars and vans.

We repair and paint vehicles for a wide range of customers including all insurance companies, fleet and leasing companies, smaller local companies and individuals. Our entire vehicle repairs work is fully guaranteed as is our paintwork which is supported by standox paints, one of the most prestigious paint brands in the UK.

We offer a pick up and collect service from your house or place of work and if needed we will supply you with one of our courtesy cars free of charge!

If you have had an accident and are thinking of paying for the repairs yourself, have you considered going green and getting us to estimate using green/recycled parts (where available)? – it can be very cost-effective!

We can also estimate for THATCHAM/PAS 125 non-genuine parts. Both these options can provide a significant saving as an alternative to genuine manufactured parts.

CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK FROM GOOGLE

					The car was originally due to be collected on 29 JAN but because the repairer didn't have a courtesy car available, the collection kept getting delayed.

I was due to go on holiday on 20 Feb (till 11 Mar) and they managed to get a car for the week before I was due to go away however, because I had disclosed that I was due to be away on holiday, they said that they couldn't collect my car and give us the courtesy car for it to be "sat around" while I was on holiday as the repairs would have been completed before I returned.

They did guarantee that a courtesy car would be available for me when I returned and they were true to their word and did collect the car the day after I returned from holiday.

On returning our vehicle, there was a considerable scratch below the number plate which was not there prior. When I pointed this out, the response was "No! That is not possible". Fortunately, I had taken photos of the car and was able to show that the scratch had indeed occurred whilst the car was under their care. Despite showing a photo clearly without the scratch they were still quite reluctant to admit fault but eventually they did agree to repair the damage as a "gesture of good will".

ONE EXTREMELY CONCERNING ELEMENT of the whole process was that when my vehicle was collected and the courtesy car delivered, they requested my credit card as a guarantee in case of damage to or any fines against the courtesy car. they wrote the card details down on a piece of paper which was still written down when they returned my vehicle. I work with credit cards and due to data protection/GDPR laws i know that writing down or having someone's credit card details is illegal.
