The car was originally due to be collected on 29 JAN but because the repairer didn't have a courtesy car available, the collection kept getting delayed. I was due to go on holiday on 20 Feb (till 11 Mar) and they managed to get a car for the week before I was due to go away however, because I had disclosed that I was due to be away on holiday, they said that they couldn't collect my car and give us the courtesy car for it to be "sat around" while I was on holiday as the repairs would have been completed before I returned. They did guarantee that a courtesy car would be available for me when I returned and they were true to their word and did collect the car the day after I returned from holiday. On returning our vehicle, there was a considerable scratch below the number plate which was not there prior. When I pointed this out, the response was "No! That is not possible". Fortunately, I had taken photos of the car and was able to show that the scratch had indeed occurred whilst the car was under their care. Despite showing a photo clearly without the scratch they were still quite reluctant to admit fault but eventually they did agree to repair the damage as a "gesture of good will". ONE EXTREMELY CONCERNING ELEMENT of the whole process was that when my vehicle was collected and the courtesy car delivered, they requested my credit card as a guarantee in case of damage to or any fines against the courtesy car. they wrote the card details down on a piece of paper which was still written down when they returned my vehicle. I work with credit cards and due to data protection/GDPR laws i know that writing down or having someone's credit card details is illegal.

Did a great job repairing my car after an accident recently. Very happy with the work.

My car just came back worse than before, never ever again! Worst of the worst!!!!!!!!!
